Aligning your Chakras
What is Chakras?
The human body keeps alive and kicking every day thanks
to various energy sources. Our bodies contain seven major
Chakras, which combined provide us with important energy and
emotional sources of power. They help us to think and specifically,
to control what we are thinking, while constantly trying to
keep our bodies in balance.
Whilst Chakras can not actually be seen by the human eye,
many trained chiropractors are able to locate and align Chakras
effectively.
Many believe that the alignment of the Chakras is a way of
for filling your life. Due to their power as an energy source,
correctly aligning your Chakras can lead to better emotional
control and a feeling of purpose.
Each one of the seven Chakra possess some sort of characteristic,
for instance one of the characteristics of the 2nd Chakra
is to control sexual desire, where as the 3rd Chakra focuses
and centers itself around self confidence, will-power and
self respect.
How to Align Chakras?
Whilst many people may have unaligned Chakras, that is not
entirely true. Our bodies are able to adapt and change to
situations, but if you don’t feel ‘at one’ with the universe,
it is likely that you are attracting frequencies from subjects
or emotions that you do not feel comfortable with. Of course,
the key is making sure that your Chakras are aligned and attracting
frequencies of your choice, rather than those that you feel
uncomfortable with. Once you can master this, then your feelings
towards about life in general should improve.
The following instructions are to be performed on each individual
Chakra for a couple of seconds. Focusing on a specific energy
center will ensure that you perform the alignment correctly
and thoroughly.
Step 1
To begin the process, you will need to focus on the energy
center at the base of your spine. Imagine a bold red energy
matter or light for two seconds.
Step 2
Now focus on the navel area. Imagine a bold orange energy
matter or light for two seconds.
Step 3
Now focus on the stomach area. Imagine a bold gold energy
matter or light for two seconds.
Step 4
Now focus on the heart area. Imagine a bold green energy
matter or light for two seconds.
Step 5
Now focus on the collar bone area. Imagine a bold turquoise
energy matter or light for two seconds.
Step 6
Now focus on the third eye area. Imagine a bold purple energy
matter or light for two seconds.
Step 7
Now focus on the cranium area. Imagine a bold ultra violet
energy matter or light for two seconds.
