Chakra Meditation For Chakra Balancing
Chakras are
extremely important to your spiritual progress and health.
They should be well taken care of, just like the rest of your
body.
What exactly are chakras? They are basically areas in your
being where energy is generated, used, passed through and
utilized. They are energy vortexes that are responsible for
your emotional, spiritual, physical and mental health. Chakras
are easily affected by your actions and the actions of those
who are close to you.

Since chakras are so easily affected by events that happen
around you, you need to put a little effort into keeping them
healthy. Chakra meditation and chakra balancing will help
a great deal.
Chakra meditation should be done at least a few times a week.
It doesn't take up much time and it's not difficult at all.
If an intuitive informs you that one or a few of your chakras
need a lot of work, focus more time meditating on those. Or
your own intuition might guide you to spend more time meditating
on certain chakras.
To perform this meditation, you first need to make yourself
comfortable. Sit comfortably or lay down in a quiet area where
you won't be disturbed. Visualize all negativity leaving your
body through your feet. Send that negative energy into the
Earth.
Protect yourself by intending that only positive forces will
work with during this meditation session. Visualize a bright
blue light encircling your body and aura.
Now you're going to imagine a bright light, either white
in color, or the color of the chakra you're focusing on. Feel
this bright positive light entering through the top of your
head. Send it down to your base chakra and feel it healing
and swirling your chakra around. Your chakra should spin steadily
in a clockwise motion. Keep sending that chakra energy until
you feel that your chakra is correctly opened.
Go through all of your chakras, following those same basic
steps. Naturally, some chakras will require a lot more energy
than others, depending on where you need the most work.
When you are done with your chakra meditation, see the light
leave your body and return to where it came from. Stand or
sit with your feet on the ground and let the extra energy
empty out of you, into the Earth.
This chakra meditation is especially important to do after
traumatic or upsetting experiences. Take some time to cool
off and meditate using these techniques when you're calm.
Also, remember to perform this meditation regularly to maintain
and improve upon the results you've already experienced.
Some people choose to meditate with objects that enhance
the experience. For chakra balancing, I recommend a kyanite
stone. Kyanite is an excellent stone for strengthening all
chakras and maintaining their health.
